In designing a cowl that I will knit many times over, the pattern has to be interesting but not so complex that it takes weeks to complete. I love this old Italian stitch - feminine, textural and complex-looking. Because it looks like a line of figure-eights, I named it OCHO, the Spanish word for eight.
OCHO has been in the zed lineup since 2012 and it is one of zed's top sellers to this day. This beautiful cowl is hand knit with 100% Peruvian alpaca wool, known to be one of the warmest fibres in the world. Soft and natural, it is a cowl you will treasure.

The following are undyed, naturally blended alpaca colors: milk chocolate, natural, sterling, griege, slate and cinnamon. Good for you, good for the environment. Visit the zed Q&A page for care instructions.
Sorry, OCHO is all sold out for this year. Look at NEVE if you want something similar, otherwise order an OCHO to be knit just for you! Special orders will take about two weeks to make up. Thanks!
